What is your return policy?
Thank Me Later does not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any digital products that are purchased by our customers. Our digital products are considered used once You are granted access to the products.
Please reference this link for the return policy for products from our shop, and contact us at hi@thankmelater.money with your return request so we can evaluate the claim.
When will I receive my products from your shop (i.e. waterbottle, tshirt, etc.)?
Thanks for your purchase! All products are printed on-demand, so please allow up to 7 days for production time, in addition to the shipping window based on the shipping option you selected.
How will I receive my digital purchase?
Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don’t receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email junk/ spam folder. If you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact us at hi@thankmelater.money
Do my download links expire/have a download limit?
Your download links don’t expire, but you can only download the ebook up to THREE times using your same email. It’s important that you either bookmark the download link or save the download email if you feel you’ll need to download again in the future.
Please note that the only person who can access the link is the individual that owns the email used in the checkout process.
I am having issues downloading my purchase. How can I receive assistance?
Sorry that you’re having issues! First, please check your spam and junk folder to see if your download is there. If you still don’t see it, you can contact us at hi@thankmelater.money for assistance.
May I share my ebook with others?
No. Each purchase is available for the person who purchased the product (unless it was a gift).
How can I order this ebook for someone else?
During checkout, please select “gift” and enter their preferred email so they receive the ebook. Be sure to confirm their email prior to purchasing the product, as you will not be able to change the email address after your purchase.
